Job Summary:
Join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Distribution Center Associate! This role is fundamental to our efficient operations, encompassing a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods. You will be involved in receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping, all while upholding our commitment to quality and Safety . We are looking for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a dynamic Logistics environment and grow within our company.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately.
  • Sort and organize products for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy using RF scanners and other equipment.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all 5S principles.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures without exception.
  • Report any operational issues or hazards to management promptly.
  • Wear all required PPE , including safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Willingness to consistently wear appropriate PPE .
