Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately store received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently, ensuring product safety for transport.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and logistics processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of and adherence to safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
