Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using scanning technology.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring regular physical exertion, including frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
