We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding team in Jacksonville. This role is vital to ensuring our products are efficiently picked, packed, and shipped to customers. You will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure order accuracy before packing.
- Use packing materials to ensure products are protected during shipping.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to general warehouse cleanliness.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Identify and report any operational issues or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for an entire shift.
- Capacity for lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of safety standards and the importance of proper PPE usage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
