We are seeking a motivated and dependable Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Colorado Springs. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring that products are processed efficiently and accurately. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the distribution center, contributing to the smooth flow of goods from receipt to shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed (training provided for certified operators).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring adherence to all warehouse safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Identify and report any damaged or defective products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and the use of appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety guidelines.
