Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring correct items and quantities.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform strenuous physical activities throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing required PPE.
