Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in San Antonio, Texas! This role is at the heart of our distribution process, ensuring that customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating items, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining efficient workflow. Accuracy and speed are key, as is a commitment to quality. We emphasize a safe working environment, requiring all associates to adhere to safety guidelines and utilize appropriate PPE. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a successful logistics operation.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages with correct shipping information for domestic and international destinations.
- Assist in receiving and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and ensure efficient logistics flow.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus. Ability to perform sustained physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Good organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for using scanning equipment and order management systems. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Understanding of warehouse safety protocols, including the importance of PPE, is essential. Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial. A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
