We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate for our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, contributing to efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and staging orders, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position demands physical stamina and a commitment to safety, including the proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety regulations. You will be involved in various aspects of our logistics operations, from inbound receiving to outbound shipping. Attention to detail is key to ensuring order accuracy and customer satisfaction. Tasks will involve significant Lifting and manual dexterity. You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counting activities. Understanding of warehouse workflows and a willingness to contribute to a smooth-running operation are highly valued.
