We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks that keep our logistics operations running smoothly. Responsibilities may include receiving and unloading incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing outgoing goods for delivery. You will be operating various material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move products throughout the warehouse. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is a top priority. You must strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise on warehouse shelves.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all warehouse areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other operational tasks.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment is highly desirable. Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Strong physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, and move for entire shift. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Good teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to workplace safety and understanding of PPE requirements. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, requiring an adaptable individual who can handle diverse tasks and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and safety.
