In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Ensuring **safety** on the warehouse floor is your top priority, which includes adhering to all **safety** regulations and utilizing the required **PPE**. This position requires proficiency in operating a reach truck, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to perform moderate **lifting** when necessary (e.g., securing loads). You will play a key role in maintaining organized storage and efficient inventory flow. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move and stack palletized goods efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Put away and retrieve inventory from high-level racking systems.
- Conduct daily inspections of the reach truck and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating system locations.
- Adhere to all **safety** procedures and wear required **PPE**.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including **lifting** and manual tasks.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of **logistics** operations.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
