Our busy distribution center in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an Order Picker to join our dedicated logistics team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is vital to our overall logistics success, directly impacting customer satisfaction through timely and correct order fulfillment. You will utilize RF scanners and other technology to locate items and ensure the correct quantities are picked and staged for packing. Key responsibilities include maintaining an organized and clean work area, assisting with inventory checks, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Safety is paramount in our warehouse; you must be committed to following all safety guidelines and wearing the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves considerable Walking, Standing, and Lifting of merchandise throughout the shift.
