Join our vibrant team as a Warehouse Associate in Denver, Colorado. This position is essential for maintaining the operational flow of our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively from receipt to dispatch. You will be involved in a wide range of warehouse duties, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using order sheets or RF scanners.
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and other materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided where applicable).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment according to company standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting activities.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions precisely.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
- Punctual and reliable attendance.
