Join our growing team as a Warehouse Technician in Durham, North Carolina! This role is essential for maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems. Your expertise will ensure that our machinery operates smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity within our Logistics operations. We are committed to providing a safe working environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols is mandatory. This includes the correct use of all required PPE . This position involves significant physical activity, including moderate Lifting and the operation of various tools and machinery. You will be expected to troubleshoot technical issues, perform routine inspections, and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities. Collaboration with the warehouse management team is crucial to identify and address potential equipment failures before they impact operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of warehouse equipment maintenance. Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus. Your dedication to maintaining our equipment in top condition will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our distribution center. Continuous improvement and staying updated on new technologies will be encouraged.
