We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to join our distribution center as a Distribution Center Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is critical for the smooth functioning of our supply chain and involves a variety of warehouse activities. You will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout the facility. Your commitment to accuracy and safety is essential for our operational success. This position is key to our overall logistics strategy. Primary duties include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments.
- Stocking merchandise in designated areas and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment using scanning technology.
- Packing orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Loading outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Proper use of required PPE , including steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
- Performing tasks that involve physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
