We are looking for a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and store materials and products within the warehouse. Your duties will include transporting goods from receiving to storage, moving inventory to production areas, and loading trucks for shipment. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, conducting daily pre-operation checks on forklifts, and reporting any equipment malfunctions are also key responsibilities. Excellent knowledge of forklift operation, load capacity, and safe handling procedures is essential. This position requires adherence to strict Safety guidelines and the consistent use of appropriate PPE , including hard hats, safety vests, and steel-toed boots. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and your ability to operate efficiently while prioritizing safety is paramount. This role is a cornerstone of our Logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility. While forklift operation is the primary focus, occasional manual tasks may require Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
