Responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking items based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Packing items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verifying product quantities and details against orders.
- Labeling packages correctly for outbound shipment.
- Maintaining an organized and clean workstation.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stocking as needed.
- Adhering to all **Safety** procedures and company policies.
- Wearing appropriate **PPE** at all times.
- Meeting performance targets for picking and packing speed and accuracy.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
