We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding team at our Nashville, Tennessee facility. This role is critical for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the order fulfillment process, including receiving inventory, picking items, packing orders, and preparing them for shipment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order requirements using scanning devices.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring products are protected during transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock organization.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or potential issues to supervisors.
- Support other warehouse operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving manual dexterity.
- Capability for moderate Lifting, up to 40 pounds, as needed.
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
