Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the warehouse.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and refine inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
  • Track the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting.
  • Generate reports on inventory accuracy and status.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management software and WMS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting as needed.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
