Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the warehouse.
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement and refine inventory control procedures.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
- Track the movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of PPE and safe lifting.
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy and status.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management software and WMS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting as needed.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
