We are hiring Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic team in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a key role in our e-commerce operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential for efficient operations and a safe working environment. You will be required to follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety regulations and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics hub. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from assigned warehouse locations.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Verify order contents against shipping labels.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work area.
- Comply with all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily fulfillment quotas and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Perform tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Capability for lifting and moving items as required.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented and dependable.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and PPE usage.
- Familiarity with logistics and order fulfillment processes is a plus.
