We are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our vibrant team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse and the smooth flow of our logistics chain. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling customer orders, packing and preparing items for shipment, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. Safety is paramount in our facility, and you will be required to adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to perform tasks involving consistent standing, walking, and lifting of packages. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily operational targets and ensure accuracy in all aspects of order fulfillment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork are essential qualities for success in this position. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack orders safely and efficiently for shipment.
- Organize and restock inventory within the distribution center.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to achieving daily productivity goals.
- Perform duties requiring physical stamina, including lifting.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to safety and proper PPE usage.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse functions.
