Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Fulfillment Associate to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is at the heart of our e-commerce operations, responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment with speed and precision. You will utilize advanced warehouse technology, including scanning systems, to manage inventory and process orders efficiently. We maintain a strong emphasis on workplace safety, and comprehensive training on all procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE, is provided. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems.
  • Pick and pack products according to order specifications.
  • Inspect items for damage and ensure quality control.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, if applicable.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counting and stock rotation.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics network.
  • Identify and report any issues or opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics role is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets. Must be capable of frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks. Requires standing, walking, and manual dexterity for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented structure.
