Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to the daily operations of our busy warehouse. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, organizing the warehouse, and assisting with shipping and receiving tasks. We are looking for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and committed to safety. A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, is a top priority. This role is integral to our logistics and distribution process.
Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock items in designated locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks for moving materials.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Conduct quality checks on products and orders.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Basic math and reading skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. A reliable and punctual work ethic is essential for success in this logistics role. Experience with basic computer systems is a plus.
