Your responsibilities will include picking products, packing orders with care, and preparing them for shipment. This position requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to Safety. You'll utilize various warehouse tools and technology to fulfill orders efficiently. We emphasize a culture of Safety and provide all necessary PPE to ensure a secure working environment. The ability to perform consistent Lifting and maintain high accuracy standards is crucial. This role is a key component of our overall logistics network, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Understanding of inventory control and warehouse flow is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed and trained.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as cycle counts.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the fulfillment operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or order picking role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player mentality with good communication skills.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety footwear.
- Understanding of basic Logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
