In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as trained.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Troubleshoot any issues related to inventory or order discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 60 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and Safety guidelines.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Understanding of general Logistics operations.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to a Safety-first culture.
