What is the role? We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive (Growth) to join our marketing team, with a primary focus on growth and retention of existing B2B customers. This newly created role joins us at an exciting point in our alignment with the wider Lavazza Group portfolio, and will have a direct impact on outbound lead generation, website evolution, and implement the next phase of our digital marketing transformation.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Executive (Growth) will support our focus on data driven campaigns. This role will work in collaboration with all Commercial functions, inclusive of IT and Customer Services, ensuring access the latest products and offers and increasing customer value.
The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of digital B2B marketing techniques, be naturally inquisitive, and help us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of both Lavazza Professional and its competitors. This role comes with massive opportunity to help us challenge the status‑quo, and have a real impact both commercially and for our customers.
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
Managing paid inbound and outbound digital channels including Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, whilst also identifying and testing the viability of new channels and implement activity for them accordingly.
Channel management - end to end, including developing channel strategy, defining targeting, managing creative, setting up campaigns, optimising campaigns, measuring performance, and deriving insights to inform future campaigns
Developing and testing new hypotheses, meeting goals, and driving sustainable growth
Developing the new outbound business proposition in line with business objectives and activate across channels
Supporting events to achieve acquisition objectives
Implementing new digital methods to deliver best‑in‑class sales materials for both F2F and virtual sales scenarios
Capitalising on PR activity to create new business opportunities
Present plans and results to the leadership team
Ensure new innovations are launched successfully with new business volumes attached to their delivery
Maintaining an acquisition activity plan
The successful candidate will have: ESSENTIAL:
B2B Marketing experience
Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing techniques
Knowledge of Google Analytics/PPC/SEO and Salesforce
Experience using inbound and outbound marketing platforms, i.e. Dotmailer, Pardot, Hubspot, Drift etc.
Strong business acumen
Experience in lead generation
Marketing qualification and 3yrs commercial experience
Strong stakeholder management
Focus and drive for results
Eye for detail and insight
