The Opportunity UFP is seeking an ambitious and driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead new business growth across the South of England. This is a high‑impact role within a fast‑growing business, offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape and develop a key region.
You will take ownership of a large territory, focusing on winning new customers and uncovering opportunities across multiple markets. Working closely with UFP’s internal teams – including Operations, Technical, Co‑Packing, and Marketing – you will deliver tailored, commercially sound packaging solutions that meet complex customer requirements. This role is ideally suited to a proactive
new business hunter
with strong technical or packaging sales experience who is motivated by building long‑term customer partnerships and delivering tangible commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition across the South of England
Identify, develop, and close opportunities across multiple sectors
Present and sell technical, solution‑led flexible packaging products
Manage long sales cycles and complex customer requirements
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class solutions
Own pricing, margins, and profitability within your territory
About You
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within flexible packaging, manufacturing, print, or a technical product environment
Demonstrated success in
winning new business , not just managing existing accounts
Commercially astute, with strong understanding of margins, pricing, and profitability
Confident presenter and negotiator with the ability to close deals
Highly organised, resilient, and results‑focused
Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer‑centric mindset
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively across the South of England
Full right to work in the UK
