About the teamThe Design Systems team at StubHub builds the foundation for consistent, accessible, and high-quality user experiences across all platforms. As a senior engineer on the team, you'll help shape the system's architecture, establish standards, and drive adoption across the company. We work closely with Product Design, Brand, and Engineering to deliver a robust, reusable component library. Our stack includes React, TypeScript, Storybook, and Figma, with contributions that support both web and mobile platforms. This role is focused on the web, but you'll collaborate with teams working on mobile (React Native) to ensure design consistency across surfaces. You'll influence everything from design tokens and theming to documentation, CI/CD, and usage guidelines. What You'll Do:Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHub's platforms and products, resulting in high-quality outcomes Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise Mentor other team members and help many increase their technical capabilities, fostering a culture of inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and limitless creativity

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.
