Finding and recruiting new dealers and brokers via several channels i.e. converting leads provided to you, using your own contacts and self-generating new acquisition opportunities Taking responsibility for introducer relationships within your geographical area, growing volume / support of the desired quality Achieving new business targets at the required level of return as advised Utilising our integrated sales management system (Salesforce) to demonstrate your activity, achievements and planning Liaising with the underwriting and support teams to ensure PMF service standards are being met at the highest possible standard About You
You will be able to demonstrate a highly successful track record of exceeding sales targets You will have experience of onboarding new sales opportunities, being able to both close and convert Knowledge and experience in how to build and develop long lasting relationships / trust between the introducers and a lender You will have high energy, desire and drive to succeed in a competitive finance industry The position is field based, you are required to be located within your defined territory and you should hold a full, clean driving license Even if you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply. Full time, 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00 (1 hour lunch) - home based role. This role will be responsible for covering The Midlands, South Wales, and the Bristol area.
