Über
Junior Graphic Designer
to join our Media Team, supporting the creation of high-quality visual content across immersive and experiential projects, as well as brand‑led and internal work.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a strong interest in experiential design, immersive media, or interactive environments, who also enjoys the craft of graphic design, layouts, artworking, and presentation within a fast‑paced studio setting.
You’ll work closely with senior designers, artists, and producers, contributing to projects from early concepts through to final delivery. You’ll also play an important role in supporting internal brand development and taking on day‑to‑day design tasks.
While this role is firmly rooted in graphic design, we support individual growth and won’t limit progression if your interests develop into other areas of media over time.

We design and produce work that lives beyond the screen, across physical spaces, live environments, and digital systems bringing together strong visual design, storytelling, and technology.
Our Media Team works collaboratively to explore new ideas, tools, and techniques, creating engaging content for real‑world experiences. We’re a team that enjoys tackling challenges, supporting one another, and pushing into new creative frontiers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Media Team in creating visual assets for immersive and experiential projects
Assist with graphic design across environments, live experiences, digital media, presentations, and printed outputs
Support the ongoing development of our Conductr and Game Volt brands, working in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
Produce branded decks for marketing & project related purposes, as well as printed media such as business cards, flyers and large‑scale signage.
Prepare and adapt artwork for a wide range of formats, scales, and technical requirements
Follow established art direction, brand guidelines, and visual systems
Take feedback constructively and apply changes accurately and efficiently
Help maintain organised files and assets in line with studio workflows
Work to clear creative briefs, managing time effectively to meet agreed deadlines
You should have
A clear interest in experiential design, immersive media, or interactive environments
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience with, or an interest in developing skills in, Figma & Figma Slides
An understanding of designing for digital screens and/or physical spaces
A positive, proactive, and self‑starting mindset
A natural problem solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and confidence
A strong desire to learn, improve, and strive for high‑quality creative outcomes
An excellent collaborator who enjoys working as part of a team
Clear communication skills and a constructive approach to feedback
A curious and adaptable mindset, open to learning new skills over time
Ability to understand and respond to creative briefs, balancing quality with deadlines
It would be great if you have
Any additional creative interests or experience beyond core graphic design
Familiarity with tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Blender, or Unity
An interest in exploring new tools or creative directions as your career develops
