*What You’ll Do*
* Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with Illinois scope of practice and facility policies.
* Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to the care team.
* Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident orientation.
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider.
* Accurately and timely document care provided in resident records.
* Support residents with daily needs and activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Promote safety and follow infection prevention practices.
* Offer compassionate care to residents and families, including end-of-life support when needed.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Current, active LPN license in Illinois.
* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
