As a leader in the tech industry, we are looking for someone who can drive innovation, collaboration, and technical proven experience.Product Software Engineering Manager Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and proven experienceDevelop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectivesFoster a work environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvementMinimum Qualifications:Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers12+ years, or PhD + 8 years, of software engineering work experience, including technical managementBS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience2+ years managing managers, 5+ years managing technical teamsPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on technical management building holistic web based software solution, API design, and interactions between servers and clientsAbout Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
