Your Role:

1. Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans 
2. Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely 
3. Supervise and support CNAs and other care team members 
4. Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and document care effectively 
5. Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families 

Shifts Available:

1. 7am-3pm with rotating weekends
2. 3pm-11pm, 7on/7off

Qualifications:  

1. Current and active LPN License 
2. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
3. A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care
