About Us Trelleborg Marine Systems is the pioneering world leader in Ship Shore Safety Links (SSL). For more than two decades, we’ve set the global standard for SSL technology in the LNG sector. Now, we’re applying that expertise to the rapidly emerging Alternative Marine Fuel market — enabling safe, reliable connections between dual‑fuel vessels and bunker vessels as the industry accelerates toward decarbonisation.
Your Mission
Drive regional growth by delivering on our strategic development plan
Build deep customer insight, understanding market trends, regulatory drivers, and operational needs
Act as a trusted advisor, shaping customer requirements into strategic, value‑driven project solutions
Elevate our brand across Europe, positioning Trelleborg as the partner of choice for alternative fuel safety systems
What You Bring
Proven experience in maritime sales and business development
Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, analytical mindset
Confidence managing complex stakeholder environments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A technical background and experience in maritime, mechanical, or electrical engineering
A proactive, solution‑oriented approach to customer engagement
