The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident managing accounts end‑to‑end — from appointment booking and market preparation through to sell‑in, follow‑up, and ongoing account support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing UK and International wholesale accounts, ensuring strong sell‑in and long‑term partnerships
Identify and onboard new, brand‑aligned wholesale partners.
Book and manage showroom appointments.
Present collections confidently, highlighting key styles, delivery windows, and commercial opportunities
Own seasonal budgets and work towards agreed sales targets
Follow up post‑market to drive order confirmation and re‑buys
Maintain accurate order information, forecasts, and reporting
Liaise closely with internal teams on delivery timelines, payments, and account needs
Represent the brand professionally and consistently in all communications.
Manage the sales team.
Key Skills & Experience
3–5+ years’ experience in wholesale sales within womenswear contemporary fashion.
Strong understanding of the wholesale market with key contacts within the industry.
Proven ability to build and maintain long‑term retail relationships
Confident presenting collections in both in‑person and virtual settings
Highly organized with strong follow‑up and time‑management skills
Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance and opportunities
Comfortable working towards targets and managing multiple accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications & Experience:
A self‑starter who takes ownership and accountability
Someone relationship‑driven but commercially focused
Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
Passion for product, craftsmanship, and brand building
A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment
