As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, driven SEO Account Manager to join our team and play a central role in client success.
This is a hands‑on, client‑facing position where strategy, communication, and technical know‑how all come together. You’ll lead SEO campaigns across a range of exciting industries, working closely with our delivery team to ensure we’re not only meeting expectations, but exceeding them.
What You’ll Be Doing This is a varied role for someone who loves owning strategy, leading client relationships, and making SEO magic happen. Here's how you'll make an impact:
With the support of our in house SEO experts, you will take ownership of client SEO strategies from day one, ensuring campaigns are focused, effective, and tailored to business goals
Act as the primary contact for your clients, building strong relationships, delivering performance updates, and driving strategic reviews
Oversee technical SEO audits, on‑page optimisation, content strategy, and link‑building approaches with confidence
Collaborate closely with our head of SEO, content, development, and outreach teams to ensure smooth, integrated campaign delivery
Analyse performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and specialist SEO software and translate that data into clear, actionable insights
Stay on top of algorithm updates, search trends, and competitor movements to keep our clients ahead of the curve
Identify opportunities to grow accounts, upsell services, and improve long‑term retention
About You You’re a strategic thinker, a natural communicator, and someone who thrives on building client trust through real, data‑backed results.
2+ years of experience managing SEO accounts within a digital agency environment
Knowldge of delivering SEO campaigns that drive growth, improve rankings, and increase organic traffic
Excellent client‑handling skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and communicate strategies at all levels
A basic technical understanding of SEO, including site structure, crawling/indexing, Core Web Vitals, and schema
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
A collaborative mindset, you’re great at working with content creators, developers, outreach specialists and the wider team.
Organised, proactive, and always looking for opportunities to improve results and processes
