Your Mission at Elis We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Healthcare Commercial Office, reporting to the Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with general administration for bids and pricing, ensuring accuracy for our healthcare customers.
Act as the first point of contact for the office, handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently.
Set up newly tendered accounts, including generating account numbers and product codes, and preparing pricing for sign‑off.
Process contractual paperwork for fixed charges and accurately update the AX system.
Complete quarterly reconciliations of framework reporting and support bid tasks such as samples and PQQs.
Liaise with customers on contractual pricing changes, provide written notifications, and implement data updates.
What will make you stand out?
Proven experience in a busy sales administration environment.
Hands‑on knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Dynamics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external clients.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the initiative to work independently.
