Framer Carpenter

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various framing techniques and construction practices. This role involves working on diverse projects, including residentiabuildings and other construction-related skills. The Framer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and installation of structures.

Responsibilities

• Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, metal studs, and other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications
• Perform metal building erection, concrete forming, and rebar installation
• Execute concrete finishing, masonry work, and plastering as required
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks
• Conduct heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely
• Engage in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, and stucco applications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site

Experience

• Proven experience in construction with a focus on framing techniques
• Familiarity with construction management practices is preferred
• Hands-on experience with woodworking, remodeling, and restoration projects
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for various tasks
• Previous experience on construction sites is essential
• Knowledge of welding techniques is a plus
