We currently have immediate openings for Construction Consulting Mangers/GCs across the country.

Description:

We are looking for seasoned construction consultants with ownership mentality as they will be running their own UBuildIt/URemodelIt business. We have opportunities across the country (over 200+ territories available). Consultant must have a current GC license in this state and 10+ years of proven building experience in new single-family home construction (and/or remodeling.) Consultant must have strong relationships with local established subcontractors and vendor/suppliers. Consultant must be GREAT with customers, possess solid business skills, and be able to communicate well with customers as well as construction personnel/subcontractors. Consultant should be experienced in the entire building process from planning/ estimating/budgeting to construction from start to finish. Solid computer skills are required. This is an excellent opportunity for growth into a management position for the right qualified candidate.

Consultant will help people build or remodel their own homes by walking them through the UBuildIt/URemodelIt system as an owner-builder. Consultant will help customers create and stick to their timeline and budget for their project from start to finish, helping them successfully build/remodel their dream home. Consultant will conduct planned customer meetings and site visits to ensure quality control of project. Further, consultant will help assist customers with bidding and subcontractor processes and choices, as well as answer questions as they arise throughout the planning and building process.

Compensation:

Salary based on experience + Commission
