POSITION SUMMARY

As a strategic Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's success by driving cost optimization, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustainable sourcing practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop forward-thinking procurement strategies that align with corporate objectives.
  • Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and strategic partnerships.
  • Contract negotiations for major vendor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain procurement policies throughout the organization.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Ensure purchasing policies align with sustainability initiatives and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to integrate procurement into business growth plans.
  • Drive digital transformation in procurement processes for efficiency and transparency.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field preferred and/or
  • Minimum 5 years' progressive leadership experience in strategic procurement/supply change management.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Expertise in sustainability and risk management practices.
  • Visionary thinker who can inspire and align teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen and cost optimization expertise.
  • Proficiency in procurement technology and digital tools

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
