Key Responsibilities:

• Report to work on time, in uniform, and ready for duty
• Handle food and equipment in compliance with sanitation policies
• Follow all safety protocols when using kitchen equipment
• Deliver food trays and carts to resident rooms and dining areas
• Serve meals in the dining room
• Prepare and deliver snacks as directed
• Assist with daily and scheduled cleaning duties
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the department supervisor
• Ensure residents and families receive quality service in a compassionate setting
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Food Services Director

Qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas
• Willing to learn and apply new food service practices
• Experience in food preparation and service is preferred but not required
