Superintendent

We have a multi-year gas distribution contract running across the state of Iowa over the next few years. We are seeking a Field Superintendent to join our growing team to cover the central and western side of Iowa.

The Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

• Supervising daily operations on gas distribution projects (installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines).
• Direct and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
• Enforce and monitor OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies; conduct daily safety meetings and ensure proper use of PPE; respond to and report any safety incidents and near misses.
• Inspect projects for compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements; verify proper installation of gas mains, valves, and related components.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records for work performed, materials used, and crew hours.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in gas distribution, pipeline construction, or utility work.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work extended hours as needed.
• Federal Med/Health Card
