We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Duties

• Prepare and cook meals in front of guests at the hibachi grill, ensuring an entertaining and interactive dining experience.
• Demonstrate expert knife skills for cutting, slicing, and dicing ingredients such as meats, seafood, and vegetables.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Clean and maintain hibachi grill equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality or food industry.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
• Ability to manage shifts efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Passion for creating memorable dining experiences through innovative cuisine.
