We are currently seeking a Pool and Landscape Superintendent to join our dynamic team who is knowledgeable and ready to help grow our team.

Job Description:
As a Pool and Landscape Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities and ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards. You will maintain daily communication with customers, crews, and the office as to insure projects run smoothly. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, efficient, quality, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

-Have fun building badass yards with enthustiact and energetic people

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite and help schedule trades.

- Work alongside purchasing and scheduling to order materials, schedule trades and inspections

- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.

- Keeping homeowners up to date with their project, including daily reports

-Take daily photos of job sites

-Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.

-Ensure that all construction is completed according to the plans and specifications.

-Monitor the progress of projects and report/solve any issues.

-Inspect materials for quality control.

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Pool and landscape construction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software.
• Valid Driver's License
