What You'll Do

  • Lead and Manage - Oversee and develop a team of client project coordinators, ensuring efficient workload balance from project initiation to completion.
  • Drive Quality Execution - Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results that exceed client expectations.
  • Represent Beyond Feedback - Act as a senior leader in all client engagements, aligning communication with client business goals.
  • Facilitate Executive Meetings - Lead web-based sessions with C-level teams, focusing on clear, productive agendas and outcomes.
  • Foster Relationships - Cultivate and grow long-term partnerships with client executives, managing escalations and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights - Guide clients through survey design, deployment, data analysis, and recommendations.
  • Manage Projects. Own the success of each engagement—ensuring scope alignment, resource allocation, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Drive Growth - Proactively identify and close opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
  • Ensure Excellence - Conduct regular business reviews, manage renewals, and address retention risks before they surface.

What You Bring To The Table (required qualifications):

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration, marketing, data analytics, organizational behavior, or a related field.
