As a Bartender/Manager, you'll wear many hats to ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-notch service to guests by preparing and serving drinks with a smile.
• Managing daily operations behind the bar, including inventory and cleanliness.
• Supporting and leading the team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.

• Contributing to the overall success of Elm Street Brewing Company by maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

• Opening or Closing the Brewery

We're seeking someone who:

• Has at least 1-3 years of experience in bartending and at least one year serving.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
• Is passionate about craft beer and providing exceptional customer service.
• Can bring a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset to the workplace.
