Branch Manager - Brentwood, TN
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager / Real Estate Agent to lead our team and drive success in our local real estate market. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and extensive knowledge of real estate practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, guiding agents in their sales efforts, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while adhering to real estate law.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance within the team.
- Manage property listings, including pricing strategies and market analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property management and real estate transactions.
- Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and community stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract closures. Excellent marketing abilities to effectively promote properties and services.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
