Field Operations Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Laborers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that require physical strength and dexterity while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks related to machinery installation/removal as directed by supervisors.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and other equipment. Willing to train.
• Assist in the assembly, installation or disassembly of structures or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Experience

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, machinery moving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on job location.
