Position Summary:
We're seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts across the New York region. This is a unique opportunity to represent a market-leading IAQ solution in a high-demand space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, consultants, and engineering firms
- Promote the benefits and ROI of our patented bipolar ionisation technology to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to support the sales cycle
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to close
- Track and report on market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
- Proven track record of selling to end users, consultants, and engineering firms
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the building services sector
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a range of stakeholders
- Self-starter with excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York, NY
