Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts. The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales across designated territories.

Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.
  • Conduct cold calls, lead generation activities, and outreach to prospective clients to establish new business relationships.
  • Manage territory accounts through regular visits, follow-ups, and personalized customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Present product demonstrations and technical solutions tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry developments, product offerings, and technological advancements relevant to the sales process.
