Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and follow all alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
• Experience in serving at catering events or in the food industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or retail settings.
• Basic understanding of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is desirable.
